Extra Connections
If something isn’t working right, we can offer up to 3 active connections on different servers—just reach out to us!
Refund Eligibility:
- 1, 3, or 6-Month Plans: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
- Yearly Plans: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
If we can’t resolve your issue, and you’re still not satisfied, submit a refund request within the applicable time frame. We’ll process your refund quickly, usually within 1-5 hours.
